Wow, its interesting to know that President Obama did not go to prom with Michelle. These photos obtained exclusively by TIME from Obama’s schoolmate Kelli Allman (née McCormack), shows a 17-year-old Barack Obama on the night of his senior prom in 1979.

Ngozi Okonja Iweala makes Forbes World’s 100 Most Powerful Women in 2013

Forbes list of the 2013 most powerful women in the world includes nine heads of state who run nations with a combined GDP of $11.8 trillion including the No. 1 Power Woman, German Chancellor Angela Merkel. The 24 corporate CEOs control $893 billion in revenues and 16 of the women here founded their own companies, including two of the three new billionaires to the list, Tory Burch and Spanx’s Sara Blakely. Speaking of, this year’s class has 14 billionaires valued at more than $82 billion. Forbes’ annual snapshot of the 100 women with the most impact are top politicians and CEOs, and celebrities in general. Our own Madam Okonjo Iweala made the list at no 83.

TB Joshua fails to predict horror death stampede at own church - Zimbabweans

Zimeye reports thus: Popular Nigerian Prophet TB Joshua failed to predict that there would be a stampede at his Synagogue Church Of All Nations church leading to the death of several people at his service who had been called to collect so called “new anointing water” in Ghana. Joshua who has been known for predicting mass disasters, untimely deaths, as well as plane crashes in geographical locations as far as the United States of America, failed to predict what was to take place at his church in a development which was forewarned by Zimbabwe’s First Lady Grace Mugabe. “I really don’t understand why scores of people are putting their faith on foreign preachers,” Grace Mugabe said (Read more of Mrs Mugabe’s statement after the cut)

Man breaks into fortune tellers home after love spell he paid $212,000 for didn't work

Earlier this month, 46-year-old Jose Laparra of Zaragoza, in northeast Spain, paid a fortune teller to put a love spell on a woman to make her fall in love with him. And he paid $212,000 for the spell.  Yes, $212,000. For that kind of money, the fortune teller must’ve convinced him it was one hell of a spell.  But it wasn’t.  The woman did not fall in love with Jose. So last week, he went to the fortune teller to demand a refund.  And he really demanded it…he and a few friends broke into the fortune teller’s house and tried to force her to pay the money back.

Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran spotted kissing at Billboard after party

Chris Brown headed to the Bank nightclub at the Bellagio in Vegas for a party hosted by Bruno Mars after the Billboard Awards on sunday. A witness for NY Post said, “Brown was standing on the banquette dancing with Tran . . . he bent down a few times to kiss her, and kept running his hand through her hair and singing to her.” Meanwhile Rihanna was seen dining alone in Santa Monica. on the other hand, Rihanna's father, Roland Fenty believes Chris and his daughter would be back together. Speaking to The Sun, he said, “I’m still his No1 fan — I still like Chris regardless. They have a very passionate relationship but if they split up it does not mean it’s for ever with them. In a couple of months they’ll be back together.”
